Who Uses A Mobile Veterinary Clinic?

Everybody can use our services. We find that it is particularly convenient for people with multiple pets, larger pets, pets who are fearful of travel, and owners who do not drive. An at-home visit is perfect for people who work from home, have busy schedules, or have little kids running around!

How Do I Make An Appointment?

Call us, send us an e-mail or use our online form to schedule an appointment. We offer appointments from 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Do You Offer Telehealth Services?

Yes! Have a question for the vet but not sure if it warrants a full appointment? Consider scheduling a Virtual Telehealth Visit for non-emergency questions or concerns.

Do You Have An Office?

Yes, we have a business office but we only see clients via our mobile clinics.

How Do I Prepare For My Appointment?

Appointment prep is simple. Cats must be in their carrier or a bathroom before our arrival, and dogs must be on a leash when traveling from your home to our mobile clinic. We will send you a text when we are on our way.

Does Capital Home Veterinary Care Offer Grooming Services?

While we do not offer professional grooming and bathing services, we do perform medical and hygiene clips when necessary, as well as nail trimming.

What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?

Please call us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. Last-minute cancellations will incur the scheduled house call fee.

What If I Have A Pet Medical Emergency?

Luckily, not all emergencies are life-threatening, meaning we can handle many of these situations. Call us in the event of an emergency. If you feel the situation requires immediate attention we advise you to visit your local pet emergency hospital.
